History: Sister of Rod Reilly, the original Firebrand,
Danette Reilly was captured by Per Degaton and was struck by a
mystical bolt thrown by Wotan which combined with a vat of artificial
lava to give her flame powers. She joined the All-Star Squadron
and served with them through the war. At the end of the war she
was resuming her profession as a vulcanologist when she was contacted
by unnamed men who persuaded her to continue using her powers
to help the US government, but in a morecovert way.
Powers/Weapons: She can create and hurl fires as well as
fly and surround herself with a flaming aura.
